(EU) 2016/679, according to Art. 15(f) thereof, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Supervisory Authority (supervisory authority www.garanteprivacy.it).

The controller reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change, amend, supplement or remove any part of this personal data protection policy, at any time. In order to make it easier to check for any changes, the policy will contain an indication of the date when it has been most recently updated.
